Music for Seniors – “Move & Groove”
Barbara works extensively with seniors’ facilities, offering music to uplift and inspire. Whether delivered virtually or in person, Barbara provides interactive, fun programming which incorporates sing-a-longs, rhythm and movement. Barbara can provide song sheets in advance for easy duplication (for virtual presentations) or bring them along for live performances. Accompanying herself on piano and guitar, Barbara brings new life to old favourites to bring smiles to faces and joy to hearts. Programs available in solo, duo or trio format. Christmas/ Seasonal programming also available.
Barbara also loves to incorporate yoga into her seniors’ programming to promote wellness and healing for body, mind and soul.
