Root & Rise with Rouleau

October 2 – 9, 2026

Ground into your body – Rise into your life.

An Earthy Yoga Adventure in the Heart of Portugal

🌞

with Barbara Leah Meyer (E-RYTGOLD) and Angela Smith (E-RYT500)

Escape to sun-drenched Portugal with Barbara and Angela for a nourishing, transformational yoga adventure designed to rejuvenate your body, awaken your spirit, and reconnect you to nature’s rhythm. Nestled in an eco-friendly retreat centre, this week-long adventure invites you to slow down, step away from the noise and return to yourself

Each day we’ll root the body in stability and awareness, then rise into strength, confidence, and vitality. You’ll explore Rouleau movement practices that blend science, somatics, and mindful movement to restore sovereignty—so you leave standing taller, breathing deeper, and feeling profoundly alive. Afternoon excursions invite joy, curiosity, and connection: hiking and e-bike tours, beach picnics, ocean swims and more. Each experience invites you deeper into presence, connection, and gratitude.

Every meal is a celebration of the land — vibrant, garden-fresh food lovingly prepared with organic ingredients harvested from Pachawa’s own gardens. As the sun sets, gather under the stars for live music, ecstatic dance, story telling, or quiet stargazing, letting the magic of the moment unfold naturally.

Your stay in eco-chic accommodation — cozy, sustainably built spaces blending comfort and nature — ensures deep rest and harmony with the Earth and a peaceful sanctuary to rest and restore.
